The Moltivolti association shares the vision and objectives of the social enterprise, with a stronger focus on development cooperation through responsible tourism experiences; anti-racist social education; education on diversity; and informative sessions with school and university students on global inequalities, migration, reception, and services offered to the community.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_video link=”https://youtu.be/TvfvCccte-0?si=iC88otG2TCgKEMXi” css=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]In 2021, new spaces were added to the restaurant/coworking hub, expanding and enriching this vision:

BarConi Gelateria: an ice cream shop that tells the stories and ambitions of young people who, in defiance of border policies and rights restrictions, have found themselves in our territory.
“Sopra”

Guesthouse: a hospitality project that reflects the core values of welcome and sharing at the heart of our mission.

Every day, Moltivolti continues to grow, remaining a point of reference for those who believe that diversity is a strength, and that the encounter between people—each carrying cultural, linguistic, and ethical richness—can spark new opportunities.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row gap=”30″ content_placement=”middle” css=”.vc_custom_1747039063469{padding-top: 30px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”938″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=””]Our Dream: A Borderless Community

“Ubi bene, ibi patria” – Cicero

(Where I feel good, there is my homeland)

The dream of Moltivolti is to contribute to building a world where every person can feel at home — firmly believing that the right to move, live with dignity, and actively participate in society is not a privilege for the few, but a possibility for all.

Hospitality as a value, diversity as a strength
Integration is not a one-way act, but a reciprocal movement of giving and receiving, where both those who arrive and those who welcome are enriched by the exchange. This is why we believe in sustainable economic models that recognize newcomers not as subjects in need of assistance, but as valuable resources for the community.

A Moltivolti, this principle takes shape through:

Food, which tells stories and connects people who carry different cultures.

Responsible travel, to discover and understand other realities.

Coworking, as a space for meeting and exchange.

Social activities and school programs, to build awareness and inclusion.

Sustainable hospitality, which offers opportunity and dignity.

Merchandising, which expresses our visual identity and values.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row gap=”30″ content_placement=”middle” css=”.vc_custom_1739268074242{padding-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=””]A concrete model of inclusion

Integration also happens through work: 60–70% of Moltivolti’s staff come from another country in the world. They begin their path through internships and apprenticeships, gradually moving into more structured and central roles within the organization.
Here, every individual is the protagonist of their own growth, never reduced to a condition of need. Each person represents a unique blend of cultures and subcultures, life paths, experiences, dreams, and fears.

Diversity is a value, always, if it is recognized!

Just as biodiversity enriches ecosystems in nature, cultural diversity strengthens our societies, bringing innovation, resilience, and new perspectives.
Diversity is not simply the presence of difference, but the conscious act of recognizing its value—of seeing the “other” not as something distant, but as a vital part of a shared human experience.
When we savor a traditional dish, we’re not just tasting a combination of ingredients, but a piece of culture, history, and identity—breaking down prejudice and building meaningful connections.
At Moltivolti, this is the spirit that guides everything we do: creating spaces where encounters foster understanding, and every difference becomes an opportunity for growth.

The right to move: an aspiration for many, a privilege for few

Moving means seeking a better future, exploring new horizons, and building opportunities.
